Quick yeast dough in the refrigerator in a bag

Yeast dough in 5 minutes. It works for everyone! Although I like to “tinker” with dough, quick yeast dough in the refrigerator in a bag is just a godsend! It only takes five minutes to prepare. Can be stored in the refrigerator for two to three days. The dough does not over-oxidize quickly. Can be frozen. From this dough I make delicious pies, whites, buns, flatbreads, pies with different fillings, pizza... If you are “afraid” of dough or you don’t have much time to prepare it, try this recipe. It works for everyone!

    STEP 1

How to make quick yeast dough in the refrigerator in a bag? There the whole process is shown in a minute. Pour 4 cups of flour and yeast into a bowl. Then gradually pour warm milk, add sugar, salt, sunflower oil. I mix all the ingredients. Read how to choose and replace yeast in a separate article at the end of this recipe.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Then gradually add another glass of flour. You may need a little less or more flour, look at the consistency, it should not be too stiff. Read about the properties of flour in the article at the end of the recipe. I put the dough in a plastic bag and put it in the refrigerator. The video shows how the dough has risen after an hour, then after three hours.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

You can cook in just 2 hours. But if the dough sits in the refrigerator longer, nothing will happen to it. I often make this dough overnight. And I cook something delicious for the next day.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

This time I prepared fried pies with jam. From this amount of dough you get 40-50 small pieces. There is nothing left in a day!

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Ready-made pies. Very tasty! Pies from this dough can be fried or baked in the oven. Fried, of course, tastes better. Try it - a very simple recipe and, at the same time, very tasty dough!

Another photo of the “sweets” from this dough. Sausages in dough (fried, baked in the oven) and pies (fried in the oven).

This dough is simply amazing! Firstly, it mixes extremely quickly. It took me six minutes to knead. Secondly, it sits in the refrigerator, where it fits perfectly and increases in volume. I kneaded the dough at eight o'clock in the evening, and was preparing pies at half past five in the morning. During this time, the dough did not become sour, it did not have a sharp yeasty smell or taste. Thirdly, the dough turned out absolutely not sticky. I easily pulled it out of the bag. And to roll out the dough, I only lightly dusted the board with flour. I made fried pies from this dough. They turned out soft, fluffy, tasty. I got about 60 small pies. Quick yeast dough in the refrigerator in a bag will now be my lifesaver. For me, this option for preparing dough is very convenient. Thanks a lot! This is indeed a very valuable recipe.

Thanks for the recipe, I confirm - the dough is SUPER. I baked it twice, and the second time there was no milk, so I added yogurt. The dough came out perfectly, porous, airy. I will use it.
