STEP 1
How to make quick yeast dough in the refrigerator in a bag? There the whole process is shown in a minute. Pour 4 cups of flour and yeast into a bowl. STEP 2
Then gradually add another glass of flour. You may need a little less or more flour, look at the consistency, it should not be too stiff. Read about the properties of flour in the article at the end of the recipe. I put the dough in a plastic bag and put it in the refrigerator. The video shows how the dough has risen after an hour, then after three hours.
STEP 3
You can cook in just 2 hours. But if the dough sits in the refrigerator longer, nothing will happen to it. I often make this dough overnight. And I cook something delicious for the next day.
STEP 4
This time I prepared fried pies with jam. From this amount of dough you get 40-50 small pieces. There is nothing left in a day!
STEP 5
Ready-made pies. Very tasty! Pies from this dough can be fried or baked in the oven. Fried, of course, tastes better. Try it - a very simple recipe and, at the same time, very tasty dough!
