  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to knead quick yeast dough? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Sift the flour into a deep bowl, preferably twice. This will saturate it with oxygen and the dough will rise better. Olive oil can be replaced with any other vegetable oil you prefer.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Add dry instant yeast and salt to the flour to enhance the flavor of your baked goods. Since this is a quick dough recipe, the performance of the yeast is not checked here, but is assumed initially. If you have even the slightest doubt about the freshness of the yeast, then to be on the safe side it would be better to prepare a dough.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Add sugar to the flour and yeast.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Add olive oil. It will give the dough smoothness.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Pour warm water at a temperature of 37-40 degrees into the dry ingredients. If you don’t have a cooking thermometer, you can determine the temperature with your little finger by dipping it into the water: the water should be warm but not scalding.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Knead the dough and gather it into a ball. At first it will stick very much to your hands, but then it will become smooth and elastic. You can use a bread machine or mixer with special attachments for kneading dough. Leave the dough in a warm place for an hour. I put it in the microwave, in which I heated half a glass of water a minute before. Check the size of the dish and the height of your microwave! The dough will rise well and may stick to the top wall.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

After an hour, you can begin further work with the dough, but if you have another 20 minutes left, then knead the dough with your hand and leave it in a warm place for this time.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

The instant yeast dough is ready, and you can begin shaping the selected products, proofing and baking.

Thank you so much for the wonderful quick dough recipe. I've never done this before. Quick yeast dough is very easy to prepare. I used proven dry yeast, so I didn’t make any dough. I added simple sunflower oil; we don’t really like olive oil. Knead the dough with your hands for 10-12 minutes until smooth and elastic. At first it stuck to my hands, but I didn’t add more flour, as the author advised. When it stopped sticking, I put it in a warm microwave in a large bowl to prove. There really is a lot of dough. I didn't think it was possible to freeze yeast dough. Thanks for the idea, I’ll definitely try it next time) I immediately started preparing a sweet roll with filling from the dough that had come up. I added it to my favorite recipes)
