Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Add sugar, yeast, salt, melted milk to warm milk. mix the butter, gradually add the sifted flour, knead the dough.
STEP 2

The dough should be soft, not clogged with flour, but not stick to your hands.
STEP 3

Immediately roll it into a rope and cut it into equal pieces, form each piece into a ball. Roll out the ball, put a spoonful of filling in the middle, I have cottage cheese with sugar and vanilla, form a pie.
STEP 4

Place on a greased baking sheet and brush the pies on top with an egg with a spoonful of milk or just yolk. Place in the preheated oven for 20 - 25 minutes and bake over medium heat.
