STEP 1

To prepare a quick pie with mayonnaise, take flour, eggs, sugar, mayonnaise, baking powder, dried apricots, and a pinch of salt.

Mix all the dry ingredients first: flour, baking powder, sugar, salt.

Then add liquid: mayonnaise, eggs. Knead the dough, it turns out thicker than sour cream. Knead it well with a fork or spatula until smooth, so that there are no lumps left.
STEP 4

Cut the pre-soaked, washed and drained dried apricots into small cubes. You can take any candied fruits, raisins, nuts.
STEP 5

Add dried apricots to the dough, stir.
STEP 6

Pour the dough into a baking dish, lining it with baking paper.
STEP 7

Bake the quick pie with mayonnaise in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-35 minutes. Check readiness, as always, with a wooden skewer.
STEP 8

Cool the finished quick pie with mayonnaise, cut into portions and serve with tea, coffee, or milk.
