Mixed dry products, added eggs and 35% mayonnaise. Stir with a whisk until smooth. I put apples in the dough, poured them into a mold and baked them for 25 minutes in the oven. The pie came out extraordinary. It is fluffy, crumbly, soft, aromatic and very tasty. With apples, the result was not a dry sponge cake, but a slightly moist one. Baking with mayonnaise has a unique taste; you just have to try it once and it will be a frequent guest on your table. The recipe is great!
