Quick cake with yogurt cream

Since you and I are baking a cake in a hurry, no rules apply to its preparation. We launch all processes in the order that is convenient for us. The only advice: mix baking powder with the dough, and beat the eggs with sugar using a mixer.

Mix all other components with each other,

to get a moderate batter.
STEP 5
We heat the oven to two hundred degrees and put the cake in a round pan to bake until fully cooked. Then take it out, let it cool and cut the cake into two halves.
STEP 6
Cream: beat sour cream and sugar until fluffy, then pour in yogurt. Separately whip the cream, then mix both masses with each other.
STEP 7
Generously coat both cake layers with cream and decorate the top as you please.
STEP 8
You can use grated chocolate or jam, or fresh berries and fruits, or coconut flakes, or glaze. I have an orange and a kiwi.
