Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 1 hr 20 mins
STEP 1
Salt the minced meat, add one raw egg and pepper. Place half of the minced meat on the defrosted dough.
STEP 2
Place boiled yahua, cut in half, on top.
STEP 3
Next, cover the eggs with the rest of the minced meat.
STEP 4
Cut the dough into strips (as in the photo).
STEP 5
We braid the braids by pressing the strips of dough against each other.
STEP 6
Grease the finished roll with egg and, if desired, sprinkle with sesame seeds. I sprinkled with a mixture of pepper, salt and lemon. Place in a preheated oven for 1 hour at 180 degrees.

if you look at the photo, it seems that this meat and egg are baked in a loaf of bread. By the way, I have seen such rolls, they are also delicious and even easier to prepare. True, puff pastry is probably better than regular bread, that’s a fact!
