STEP 1
How to make croissants from puff pastry with boiled condensed milk? To prepare them, prepare everything you need. You can use ready-made puff pastry or make it yourself. The finished dough is sold frozen, so take it out of the freezer in advance and let it sit at room temperature to thaw.
STEP 2
Place the layer of puff pastry on the table, lightly sprinkled with flour. Then cut it into triangles.
STEP 3
Roll out each triangle a little and place a little boiled condensed milk on its wide part. Roll into bagels. I cook boiled condensed milk myself. To do this, just boil a closed can of regular condensed milk in boiling water for 2 hours. And then cool completely. But you can also use ready-made boiled condensed milk from the store.

Place the finished bagels on a baking tray lined with pastry paper.
STEP 5
Brush the surface of all croissants evenly with egg yolk. Place the baking sheet in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Be guided by your oven.

The finished croissants will become a beautiful golden color. This amount of dough will make 16 small croissants. If you want to make large croissants, cut the dough into larger segments.
