Varvara Platonova! Thanks for this great recipe! I really surprised my family. Especially with how quickly I prepared everything. Well, I cheated a little. We were going shopping on the weekend, so in the morning I boiled mushrooms and potatoes, fried pork, it took half an hour in total. And in the evening, when everyone returned home hungry, I put everything in a baking dish, peppered it, salted it, added onions (I really didn’t fry them), spread it with sour cream and put it in the oven for 15 minutes. When the crust was browned, I sprinkled everything generously with cheese and put it in the oven for another 7 minutes. During this time I managed to cut the salad with tomatoes and set the table. In general, in half an hour I had dinner ready. Everyone is full and happy. Thank you very much for the recipe!
