The baked potatoes turned out wonderful. Judging by the photographs, the author cooked it not in the oven, but in the microwave. I cooked in the oven, stirred once after 20 minutes, a second time after 20 minutes, held for another 10 minutes, and the dish was ready, baked at 180 degrees. For spices, I added universal vegetable seasoning and rosemary. This is, of course, not a quick preparation, but the result is worth it. Especially if you cook two dishes at the same time. I also cooked meat. The potatoes turned out very tasty, aromatic, with a crispy crust and airy inside. I used to bake potatoes this way, but for some reason I didn’t add onions.
