great recipe! thanks to the author) I often cook something like this for my loved ones - depending on the availability of ingredients) it always turns out satisfying and tasty) sometimes there is a cucumber instead of a radish, for example, or grated kohlrabi. and your dressing is very original - I’ll try to repeat it... otherwise I usually sin with ordinary mayonnaise (easy - yes, but is it healthy...) honey, lemon is another matter)
