    We will need: pork neck, soy sauce, mustard, mayonnaise, spices and salt to taste.

    Marinade: mix soy sauce, mustard, mayonnaise, spices and salt.

    Stuff the meat with garlic.

    Place the meat in the marinade.

    Cover with cling film and leave in the refrigerator to marinate for 4-6 hours.

    Preheat the multicooker and add 2 tbsp. vegetable oil. Fry the meat on all sides. Cover the multicooker and set to “Baking” mode for 60 minutes.

Very tasty recipe! Unfortunately, soy sauce is not accepted in my family. Tell me, what can I replace it with or maybe I can do without it altogether?

How can a kilo of meat fit in a marinade consisting of 2 tablespoons of sauce, 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and mustard? Maybe I need to add water or more sauce?
