I once saw a recipe for pork meat and potatoes in pots in the microwave, but I doubted that this dish could really turn out. And yesterday I decided to try it. I made one pot for my son, who was tired of waiting for dinner and was hungry. I laid everything out in layers. I cut the potatoes into cubes and mixed them with potato spices. My pork was lean, so I boldly placed a piece of butter on top. If the meat had been fatty, I probably would have done without it. I added water to the middle, and to prevent it from spreading all over the microwave, I placed a plate. I didn’t add any cheese, but I did put a bay leaf in the pot. I cooked it in a 750 W microwave. 12 minutes. I didn’t even expect that everything would work out so well). Indeed, the meat became soft, the onions almost disappeared, and the potatoes literally crumbled. It turned out very tasty and aromatic! Potatoes with a creamy taste and a slight spice. And the broth is so tender! It leaked a little, but the plate saved it. In general, it’s easy and simple to prepare a second dish with meat in the microwave; I liked the process).
