I often make liver in a creamy sauce, but I immediately make the sauce in the bowl where I fried the liver without taking it out, which is much faster. But I'll try this way too. What if it tastes different? I’ll even post step-by-step photos.

No. The taste is the same. And it took 1 hour to prepare, of which 15 minutes were spent directly stewing the liver in the sauce. It will be faster if you roll the liver in flour, fry it, add water and simmer, and then add cream. This way you don’t need to prepare the broth, the sauce won’t form lumps and you’ll waste less time.
