The meat turned out amazingly tasty and tender! And the onions were so tasty that they can be prepared as a separate dish) I love recipes that don’t take much time and taste great, this is just such a dish. Thanks for the recipe!

I’ll definitely try to make this kind of shish kebab; it seems to me that it’s good in winter and in rainy weather, when you can’t really light a fire in nature!

The recipe is just great! Thanks to the author. The pork meat tasted really great, tender and juicy. I liked this kebab better than the one cooked over a fire. The idea arose to try replacing pork with turkey fillet. I already imagine that it must be delicious.

Irinavik! Irina! So I finally got around to preparing your wonderful recipe - kebab up my sleeve, as I promised to try to make this, as they say - not even a year has passed... and believe me, I don’t regret at all that it was your recipe that came into my field of vision! In general, I am a terrible lover of kebab - you could say that it ranks first among my favorite dishes, no, not even that - it’s just my most favorite dish! And I’m ready to eat it anytime, anywhere and as much as I want, but there are different options in our nature - let’s say - not very kebab-like. This is exactly where your recipe came in handy! I am very grateful to you, barbecue cooked in the apartment amid the snow and frost outside, and simply when it is not possible to go outdoors, is simply a godsend for a gourmet! After all, the shashlik in the sleeve turned out to be the most delicious dish I have ever tried. The meat turned out tender, juicy, soft, spicy, aromatic. And preparing a dish with a sleeve is easy and quick. The only difference from natural kebab is the lack of smoke, but this can also be solved by purchasing “Liquid Smoke” in the store - a special flavor that is added to the marinade for kebab. Thanks for the recipe!!!
