  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

Let's prepare the ingredients according to the list. Pears can be used to make homemade wine, either purchased in a store or grown on your own plot. The main thing is that the fruits are well ripe, sweet and aromatic, fresh and without spoilage.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Wash the pear fruits thoroughly, cut them into several parts, you don’t have to remove the skin, cut out only the core with the seed pod.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Grind the prepared pear into a puree using a blender.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Squeeze the juice through a very fine sieve or cheesecloth. The pulp can be used to prepare baked goods or other dishes as desired.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Pour clean filtered water into the pan, add sugar. We put it on fire. Cook the syrup, stirring constantly so that the sugar does not burn to the bottom of the pan. Pour in the pear juice and cook for about five more minutes, stirring with a spoon. Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool slightly.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Pour the prepared wine into glass containers, leaving room for fermentation. We close containers with wine with lids with a water seal or a rubber glove, in one of the fingers of which we make a hole with a needle. We put the wine in a warm, dark place to ferment for a month. When fermentation is over: the glove will deflate, sediment will appear at the bottom, and the wort will become transparent.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Strain the wine through gauze folded in several layers, taste it, and dissolve the sugar if desired. We pour the wine into bottles up to the neck so that there is no oxidation when interacting with oxygen. We cork the bottles and put them in a cool, dark place to mature, ideally for 3-6 months.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

But if you want to try it quickly, you can add a little strong alcohol to the drink, for example, vodka or alcohol. This additive will make the wine stronger, but its taste will not be as rich and bright. Without fixing, the strength of the wine will be 10-12 degrees, and the wine will be stored for about 3 years in a cool basement.
