A hearty, meaty soup for a nutritious, flavorful lunch. I have loved fresh peas and any food made from dried peas since childhood, since the days of pea puree in kindergarten. That’s why at least once every 2 weeks I make sure to cook pea soup with beef according to my mother’s recipe.

It took 1 hour to prepare the soup. But I pre-soaked the peas overnight.

I also really love pea soup and I cook the peas for a long time so that they are well cooked in the puree, then it turns out so thick and beautiful and always with beef broth, I just made it today, it’s a very tasty soup!
