Pea soup with chicken in a slow cooker
The whole family will eat it with pleasure!!! Pea soup in a slow cooker is very easy to prepare - you just need to add all the ingredients and you can go do other things. The multicooker will do everything itself! And in an hour you can invite everyone to eat! The soup is dietary and healthy, so you can safely feed it to children from 1 year old.

If you have a large piece of meat, like me, then it is better to boil it in advance in the “Stew” mode for 1.5-2 hours. Or you can cut the chicken into pieces and put it in a slow cooker along with vegetables.

Three carrots on a coarse grater

Cut the onion randomly

Cut potatoes into cubes
STEP 6
We put everything in the multicooker, pour the washed peas into it and pour water to the maximum mark

Add bay leaf, salt and pepper, mix everything. Set the “Extinguishing” mode for 1 hour. Sprinkle with herbs before serving

For lunch I decided to make pea soup with chicken in a slow cooker. I pre-soaked the peas overnight. I lightly fried the onions and carrots. I simultaneously loaded pieces of chicken and peas into the multicooker, simmered them together for an hour, then added diced potatoes and fried vegetables. I simmered everything together for another hour. If you like the peas in the soup to retain their shape, perhaps an hour of cooking is enough, but we like boiled peas, so I doubled the cooking time (despite the fact that I pre-soaked the peas). Most likely the author’s multicooker is a pressure cooker, so rely on your assistant))) I have a regular multicooker. When serving, I added dill.
