A great everyday dish. Gather the whole family around the table! Pasta with gravy with meat is a dish from my, and not only my, childhood. If desired, it can be supplemented with fried onions. It’s as simple to do as possible, but it turns out very tasty!

I love meat with gravy, I often cook it as a main dish with different side dishes. Today I prepared pasta with meat and gravy for dinner according to the recipe. Instead of beef, I took pork chop and fried the meat in vegetable oil along with onions (I added onions of my own). When the meat was covered with a golden brown crust, I salted it, added a little flour, stirred, kept it on the fire for about two minutes, then put the tomato paste in the frying pan and poured hot water over everything (replaced it with meat broth). Although my meat was soft, I stewed it for 1.5 hours. While it was cooking, I boiled the pasta. It turned out very tasty! The gravy came out rich, bright and flavorful. The meat is soft and juicy. I liked the spicy note that the bay leaf added at the end gave. Thank you very much for the recipe!
