I cooked it for my family over the weekend - I’m sharing my impressions. For my taste, half an hour in the oven is too much, even cream doesn’t help, it has time to dry out and turn into a casserole. in my understanding, the pasta should be softer and juicier. I think 15 minutes is enough for the cheese to become beautiful. But my family ate everything and didn’t complain. I think I’ll try to cook it more than once.

Depends on what kind of mushrooms you take. For example, champignons do not need much time; they can generally be eaten raw))) And for most other mushrooms, 15 minutes is enough. True, they would be even tastier fried. I would fry them with onions purely for taste.
