Which recipe is correct? So should you just bring to a boil, but not boil, or bring to a boil and cook for another 15 minutes? Someone somewhere messed with the recipe. Most likely, none of the authors personally prepared panna cotta themselves, but simply rewrote an untested recipe. Well, if anyone is interested, I will check both options and write the result..

There is no need to cook for 15 minutes, the main thing is that the gelatin dissolves and the mass becomes homogeneous. It is brought to a boil and stirred.
