Pancakes in a bottle with milk

In a hurry, easy, simple, without dirtying the dishes! Pancakes in a bottle with milk may seem unusual. But they have their advantages: you don’t have to wash dishes after cooking, and the dough can be stored in the refrigerator for a couple of days. Shake the bottle and bake a fresh pancake!

How to make pancakes with milk from a bottle? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Sift the flour through a sieve in advance to saturate it with oxygen. Thanks to this, the dough and finished products from it will be the most airy. Milk can be used at any fat content. And my eggs are category C1.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

To prepare pancake dough, take a plastic bottle larger than the specified amount of ingredients. This is necessary so that it is convenient to interfere with them. Pour milk and vegetable oil into the bottle. Add eggs. Add sugar and a pinch of salt. Place the cap on the bottle and shake it well.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Now pour the flour into the bottle. Close the lid again and shake more thoroughly so that all the ingredients move well together and there are no lumps of flour left.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Heat the pancake pan until hot and grease it a little with vegetable oil before making the first pancake. Pour some batter from the bottle into the pan and, turning it, spread the batter over the entire surface. When baking your first pancake, evaluate the consistency of the dough you need. You can add a little milk or flour. The thicker the dough, the thicker the pancake will be.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Bake the pancakes over low heat on both sides until golden brown.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Stack the prepared pancakes on top of each other and keep them covered to prevent them from drying out.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Ready-made pancakes can be supplemented with jam, condensed milk or sour cream. Bon appetit!

I fry pancakes quite often because it is one of my family's favorite dishes. This time I made pancakes in a bottle with milk. So I haven’t kneaded the dough yet. I took the ingredients for six servings. I kneaded the dough in a 1.5 liter bottle. Eggs used category C1. It took me the same amount of flour as the calculator calculated. I fried pancakes in a cast iron frying pan over medium heat. The pancakes were not thin, but not too thick either. I could have added a little milk to make the batter a little thinner, but I was happy with these pancakes. They are tasty, moderately sweet (to be honest, I thought it would turn out too sweet, but no, just right), elastic, and do not tear when folded in half and quartered. It turned out to be very convenient to prepare the dough in a bottle. A minimal amount of dirty dishes remains. The only thing is that I added the flour a little longer than usual, through a funnel. Julia, thank you very much for the wonderful recipe!

This is very convenient, by the way! You don’t need any mixers, etc. You can also prepare it this way

Wonderful recipe! The results are delicious pancakes, and the cooking process is generally super) And fortunately there was no need to wash the dishes, after preparing all sorts of things they usually end up in a mess (I recommend this recipe to everyone

here it’s not so much the recipe, but the method of preparation - pancakes from a bottle - such a fun activity turns out to be. You can involve children, they will probably like to help in this way

Thank you for such a unique version of preparing pancake dough! Mixing all the ingredients in a bottle and then pouring it into a frying pan is so original and simple! No lumps when adding flour, and shaking the bottle is a pleasure! I never thought that preparing dough could be such a fun and easy task that even a child could do it! Well, the pancakes turned out tender, tasty, and airy. I cut them into segments - into 4 parts, each coated with previously prepared caramel and rolled into tubes. The taste is excellent!
