STEP 1
How to bake chicken in the oven with pineapple and cheese? Prepare your food. Rinse the chicken fillet under running water, dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Remove films and excess fat. Cut the fillet lengthwise into pieces and beat them through the film with a kitchen hammer - this will prevent the meat juice from splashing.
STEP 2
Take a small baking sheet measuring 23 by 30 cm. Cover it with parchment or lightly grease it with vegetable oil. Pack the chicken chops tightly, leaving no empty space.
STEP 3
Peel the onions. Rinse it and the knife under cold water, then when cutting the onion juice will not irritate the mucous membrane of the eye so much. Cut the onion into thin rings.
STEP 4
In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil well for frying. Fry the onion, stirring, over low heat until transparent.
STEP 5
Place the fried onions on top of the meat.
STEP 6
Apply mayonnaise mesh to the onion. To do this, transfer the mayonnaise into a cooking bag. Or use a plastic bag, cut off one end and squeeze the mayonnaise through it.
STEP 7
Now spread the canned pineapple rings over the entire surface.
STEP 8
Grate hard cheese on a medium grater. The cheese can be anything, the main thing is that it is natural, tasty and melts well in the oven. You can replace hard cheese with unbrined mozzarella or suluguni.
STEP 9
Sprinkle cheese on top of the dish. In advance (10-15 minutes before cooking), preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake the chicken for about 30 minutes. Focus on the features of your technique, changing the baking time and temperature if necessary. How to check the readiness of a dish? When the chicken breasts are browned, pierce the meat with a fork or toothpick. A fork will fit into the finished fillet without much effort, and the flowing meat juice will be clear.
STEP 10
Remove the pan with the finished chicken from the oven. This is such delicious meat with a cheesy golden brown crust. If desired, sprinkle chopped parsley on top of the finished fillet. Serve with any side dish, vegetable salad. Bon appetit!
