Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Cut the sausage into cubes and place in molds
STEP 2

Sprinkle grated cheese on top
STEP 3

Beat eggs with milk, add spices to taste.
STEP 4

Pour the omelet into molds. Place in an oven preheated to 200°, reduce to 190° and leave for 20 minutes!
STEP 5

The omelette is ready
STEP 6

You can also sprinkle with cheese and herbs before serving.

It turned out to be a very tender and airy omelette, only I made it as a test without sausage and cheese, my son and I devoured it on both cheeks. Next time I will follow the recipe exactly. No matter how many recipes I tried, yours turned out to be the most successful.
