Oatmeal in the microwave
A quick way to please your loved ones with an original Easter cake! . Incredibly simple oatmeal cake recipe! This wonderful treat can be prepared as an alternative to the traditional Easter cake. A wonderful and most importantly healthy dessert will decorate any holiday table! And most importantly, it is baked in the microwave, which makes the process of preparing this dish quick and convenient.

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Mix oatmeal with three tablespoons of milk.
STEP 2

Add an egg. Mix.
STEP 3

Grind figs or other dried fruits to your taste.
STEP 4

Chop the nuts.
STEP 5

Add honey, nuts and dried fruits to the flakes, mix thoroughly. Put our mixture in a mold and put it in the microwave for 3-4 minutes (at a power of 100 W).
STEP 6

Remove, cool, grease the cake with boiled condensed milk, sprinkle with chopped candied fruits - ready!
