Pour two hundred and fifty milliliters of cold water into a measuring mug, add a quarter teaspoon of salt, one tablespoon of lemon juice and mix.

We lift the dough from different sides to the middle and collect it into a ball.

Place the prepared pieces with pieces of dough on a baking sheet sprinkled with flour and place it in an oven preheated to two hundred and fifty degrees for five to seven minutes.

Place two hundred grams of softened butter in a large bowl.

Add one teaspoon of vanilla sugar to the bowl with the butter.

Beat the butter with a mixer until fluffy.

Place three hundred and seventy grams of condensed milk in a bowl with butter and continue beating with a mixer until smooth and thick.

Place the pieces of baked goods in a large bowl and crush with your hands until fine crumbs.

Place the required amount of cream on each piece.

We assemble the cake from four layers, which can be adjusted according to your taste and desire.

We coat the edges of each cake well with cream.

Roll each cake in the prepared crumbs and let them sit for about thirty minutes.
