For dinner I cooked mushrooms in the oven with cheese and chicken. The dish has an interesting composition. I have mushrooms in the form of fresh champignons. I first wiped them with a damp cloth, renewed the cut and did not cut it thinly. I fried them with onions and salted them a little. Chicken breast was cut into slices and marinated with salt, paprika, and chicken seasoning. This made the meat aromatic and tasty. I assembled all the layers, brushing the mushrooms with sour cream, to which I added a little flour (for thickening). I took the cheese so that it melted well. Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C. There was not much liquid at the bottom, which was very pleasing. The chicken breast turned out very juicy and soft! All layers were well saturated with each other’s juices and enriched with a bright mushroom aroma! The cheese crust successfully complements the chicken and champignons, a delicious combination!
