A fragrant and tasty mushroom gravy will perfectly complement any dish! Many people advise preparing mushroom sauce from porcini mushrooms, but I don’t adhere to this rule and use the mushrooms that I currently have. I cook fresh, dried, frozen, even pickled, and whatever the need dictates, you can adapt any culinary recipe to fit the available products. Food should remain food, and not something to brag about, like, what did you cook with? And you try to cook from nothing, that’s what you should brag about.

I took boiled frozen boletus mushrooms, so I fried them for only 15 minutes until the water evaporated. Therefore, everything is about half an hour. Well, how delicious! To be honest, I don’t want either potatoes or pasta with this dish... But I just want to swallow it! Oh, I wish I could wait for the mushrooms for my hungry husband...
