First, I took the minced chicken out of the freezer, and only after that I started looking for what to cook. Tired of cutlets and meatballs. And a miracle! I found a recipe that suits me. I liked this dish because of the photo. Very appetizing and beautiful, and also quick and easy! I fried the vegetables, but I decided to cut the carrots into slices in butter and add minced meat. Following the author’s advice, I carefully kneaded the minced meat with a spatula so that there were no lumps. Then I added spices and tomato paste, which I store in the freezer. The spices included dried basil, salt, pepper, smoked ground paprika, and ground nutmeg. Adding water, simmered the gravy for 10 minutes. At the end, as the author writes, I added garlic. The aroma was amazing! So tasty that I tried the gravy right out of the frying pan. Delicious! Mmmm... The dish is easy to prepare, very filling and flavorful.
