STEP 1

How to make tomato sauce from minced meat in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. It is best to prepare minced meat yourself. You can take any type of meat. It can be pork, beef, chicken, turkey, veal. I will cook it with minced pork. Take medium-sized onions and carrots.
STEP 2

Peel the onions and carrots and rinse them to remove dirt. Finely chop the onion and grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Pour a little vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and add chopped onions and carrots. Stirring, fry them for 2-3 minutes over low heat.
STEP 3

Then add the prepared minced meat to the pan. Mix everything and fry everything together for another 3-5 minutes. During frying, the minced meat will change color. To prevent it from becoming lumps, you need to knead them with a spatula.
STEP 4

Add tomato paste to the fried minced meat. Add salt, ground pepper and dried basil to taste. Mix everything. Add water and bring to a boil. Simmer the gravy over low heat, covered with a lid, for about 10 - 15 minutes.
STEP 5

At the end of cooking, add garlic, passed through a press. If desired, you can add more water, depending on the consistency of the gravy you want.
STEP 6

Remove the finished gravy from the heat. In addition, you can prepare mashed potatoes, boil rice or spaghetti. Bon appetit!
