We love tuna, especially in salad. I have prepared various salads with the addition of canned tuna, but never mimosa. I came across this recipe by chance and decided to make it for dinner. I had canned tuna minced in its own juice. I boiled the vegetables and eggs and cooled them. I cleaned everything and separated the eggs into yolks and whites. Separately, I grated everything into different bowls and started assembling the salad. I layered the ingredients as described in the recipe, only swapping the whites and yolks, and coated them with a small amount of mayonnaise. I lightly peppered the layer of carrots with freshly ground pepper. I put the mimosa in the refrigerator to soak for a couple of hours. Mimosa salad with tuna is incredibly appetizing, satisfying, beautiful, aromatic and incredibly tasty! Great selection of ingredients. Everything seems to be very simple, but the taste is unforgettable. I already want to make this salad with tuna again. A masterpiece! My husband was delighted! Many thanks to the author ❤️
