A quick way to make hearty and nutritious meatballs!
Until I learned how to cook properly on the stove and in the oven, I practiced my cooking skills in the microwave. In my personal opinion, it is impossible to spoil food using a microwave. That's why sometimes, when I don't have enough time to cook, I remember this old trick of mine and cook something using these household appliances. For example, a couple of days ago I cooked meatballs in the microwave. For those interested, I am telling you the recipe.

I prepared the meatballs))) with the presence of an electric meat grinder, preparing the minced meat and forming the meatballs took about 10 minutes. And while they were baked in the microwave for 15 minutes, I managed to post photos on Valery’s website, thanks for the delicious and quick recipe! Great idea!

Yes, I also want to add! I fried them in the microwave grill mode. Without grilling they are dull and lack crust. And it’s much more appetizing!
