A simple but delicious side dish for a family dinner! The usual taste of pasta is varied by vegetables, cheese and fresh herbs. The dish itself looks colorful and lifts your spirits.

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Ingredients.

Boil pasta in salted water along with green peas until tender.
STEP 3

Grate the carrots on a fine grater, finely chop the onion.
STEP 4

Saute the vegetables in vegetable oil with the lid closed until soft.
STEP 5

Place the finished pasta in a colander and rinse with water.
STEP 6

When the pasta has drained, put it in a frying pan, add it to the sautéed vegetables and stir. Season our side dish with butter and heat thoroughly.
STEP 7

Before serving, sprinkle the pasta with grated cheese and finely chopped herbs to taste. This can be done in a common frying pan, or in portioned plates, as you like. Bon appetit!
