Lavash baked with cheese in the oven

Ruddy, crispy lavash is an ideal light snack. Do you have unexpected guests?)) Don’t know what to cook?))) Lavash with cheese in the oven is an excellent solution! Prepares quickly, costs minimally, tastes to the maximum! You can eat pita bread instead of bread, prepare a snack and take it with you on a picnic. Appetizing, tasty and just a lifesaver!

  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

    Our ingredients.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

    Finely chop the greens.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Mix together cheese, herbs and mayonnaise. (If you want, you can add chopped garlic, then the lavash will have a piquant, pungent taste. My son doesn’t like garlic very much, but he loves lavash, so I didn’t add it. It’s all a matter of taste.)

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Unfold the lavash sheet and lay out our filling. Then roll it up.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

I got 4 rolls. Place on deco greased with vegetable oil, or if you have a silicone mat.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

    Beat one egg...

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Grease our pita breads thoroughly. Place in the oven, temperature 180 degrees. For 15-20 minutes. Depending on your oven. Focus on the smell and crust on the pita bread))))

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

We take the finished rolls out of the oven...

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

We cut it into portions and treat it to the household)) Delicious with fresh vegetables. Or you can take it with you on a picnic)) Bon appetit everyone!

This is really successful: a quick, tasty snack for unexpected guests and for a picnic (while the kebab is being prepared) Checked! My friend puts tomatoes in the filling instead of eggs, it’s also delicious!!!
