    Cut the potatoes into large slices and, while preparing the rest of the ingredients, let them sit in lightly salted water.

    Grate the cheese, prepare the herbs.

    Set the oven to 200C. Spray a baking sheet with oil (olive). Place potatoes on the pan, sprinkle with dry herbs, parsley and cheese on top. Drizzle with oil and place small pieces of butter on top.

    Bake for half an hour. Turn the baking sheet over and bake for another 20 minutes until the potatoes are golden brown.

I forgot to add, I’m new here, you can also use ghee as a substitute for butter, it gives a very pleasant taste
