    When the cakes are ready, roll each one in cocoa. To do this, pour cocoa onto a saucer and roll the potatoes in it on all sides.

    You can decorate the resulting potatoes with “eyes” made from cream. To do this, use something sharp (I used a pencil) to make small holes in the cake and use a small corvette to pipe the cream. If you like more elegant decor, then you need to take more cream and plant flowers or roses.

I love “no hassle” recipes when they take a maximum of 10 minutes to prepare. That's exactly how long it took me to make these homemade potato cakes with condensed milk and nuts. Instead of walnuts I used cashews. I have condensed milk with caramel, so the cakes turned out with a pleasant caramel flavor. I didn’t roll half of the “potatoes” in cocoa, I left them as is for my daughter so that there would be no bitter taste. To be honest, I don’t remember the taste of store-bought potato cakes; I ate them a long time ago. But it doesn’t matter, because now you won’t have to buy them.
