Pour heated water into a bowl and add cocoa powder.

Place in pan and bake for about an hour. It is better to put it in an oven heated to 200 degrees, hold it there for 10 minutes, and then reduce the temperature to 180 degrees and bake for about 50 minutes. Check readiness with a wooden stick.

Heat over low heat, preferably in a water bath, adding chocolate pieces while grinding. I wanted the cream inside to be fluffy, so I didn’t immediately bring it to a boil. Bring to a boil the part that will go into the top filling of the cake.
