It’s not much described: “First, prepare the dough. Beat eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar. Add vegetable oil gradually, and so does cottage cheese. Mix flour with baking powder, knead the dough. Wrap it in film and put it in the refrigerator for three hours.” What to do with eggs with sugar and butter? Add to flour with baking powder? When? Please correct it to make it a little clearer. Well, in general, judging by the photo, the buns turned out great. Children are happy, especially if they are picky eaters like mine) Just one more nuance, I wouldn’t risk attaching the eyes with toothpicks, after all, buns are for children, God forbid they swallow or choke. You can attach the berries if you make small indentations for them before baking, and then grease the berries with a drop of honey and insert them. I think this is how they will hold up) Thanks for the recipe!

My little son was simply delighted to see these interesting hedgehogs. Cottage cheese is very healthy for children; it contains calcium, which is necessary for a growing body. “HEDGEHOG BUNS” are very easy to prepare. True, I had to wait 3 hours, putting the finished dough in the refrigerator. The delicious hedgehogs were gone in a matter of minutes. Thank you for the recipe.

Ksyuhin1, you quoted it yourself: Beat eggs with sugar. Add vegetable oil gradually... And flour with baking powder should be added last.

No, I meant that it’s not clear what to do with the butter, but what to do C First, prepare the dough. Beat eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar. We add vegetable oil gradually, and so does the cottage cheese. After all, it says you need to mix baking powder with flour and knead the dough. And the fact that eggs mixed with sugar and butter should be added there is not written there. Okay, I understand that, but I’ll be honest, I’m not an expert in baking, and I think I’m not the only one. It’s just that when sharing a recipe you need to write it step by step and more clearly. I have nothing against the recipe, God forbid. On the contrary, I really liked him. Just a little more clarity)))
