STEP 1
How to grill beef steak? Prepare all the indicated products. To fry a steak on the grill, take flesh no more than 4 cm thick. If the thickness of a piece of meat is 2-2.5 cm, you will get fully fried meat; if it is more than 4 cm thick at the specified temperature, you will get a rare steak - choose as you wish! Also, the degree of doneness of the meat depends on the heat and the pan.
STEP 2
Wash the beef pulp, dry it, clean it of films and fat, carefully cut off the blue films - when fried, they will curl and deform the meat itself, and you will not be able to chew them - it is better to remove them immediately! Rub the meat with salt and ground black pepper, since no other spices are added when creating a steak, but you can successfully replace regular table salt with crushed sea salt - the taste of the dish will only benefit from this.
STEP 3
Lubricate the beef with vegetable oil - it forms a film on its surface and the meat absorbs the whole bouquet of spices. Remember that the meat must be coated with oil after the spices, and not vice versa, otherwise the fatty film will not allow the salt and pepper to seep through it. Leave the beef warm for 15-20 minutes. Do not take the meat out into the cold, as when frying chilled meat you will get a golden brown crust and a completely raw steak inside.
STEP 4
Preheat the grill thoroughly, place a piece of beef on the grill and grill for 2 minutes. If you have an electric grill, then this time is enough to brown the meat on both sides. If you have a regular grill with charcoal, fry the steak on each side for a minute. The time may vary, depending on the operating characteristics of your equipment and the desired degree of frying.
STEP 5
As soon as even golden brown stripes and a golden crust form on the surface of the meat, the steak is completely ready!
STEP 6
Remove meat from grill and let cool slightly. So we fried the beef on a home electric grill. If desired, the fried meat can be placed in foil, but not in the oven!
STEP 7
After 3-5 minutes, use a sharp knife to cut the beef steak into slices about 0.3 cm thick, place on plates or on a dish in a semicircle.
STEP 8
Serve hot seared steak with sauces, grain mustard, mayonnaise and fresh vegetables, however, you can grill them too!
