Goulash soup

A hearty, healthy and very tasty first course for a home menu. A couple of days ago, while reading a work of fiction by a Hungarian writer, I noticed a certain food called goulash soup, which the main character of the story often ate. So, I spent 15 minutes preparing the ingredients and cutting them. 5 minutes to fry the onions. 1.15 for cooking beef with onions. 20 minutes to cook the remaining ingredients. Thus, preparing the soup took almost 2 hours. But, if you do not cut the beef coarsely, it will take less time.
