I still had the white of one egg left, and I didn’t know where to put it. I searched the site for recipes that only needed protein, and found a recipe for a fruit soufflé made from fruit. I decided to make it for the kids for breakfast. For one protein, I took 40 grams of strawberries and nectarines. I didn’t add any alcohol because I was cooking for children. I don’t have small molds, so for baking I just laid them out on parchment paper (like meringue). I baked the soufflé for 12 minutes and left it in the turned off oven for another three minutes. The soufflé turned out very airy with a delicate fruit and berry taste. I served the children a soufflé with a piece of ice cream. The guys were very happy about this breakfast. I had a mixture of different berries and fruits, so the souffle had an interesting taste. It turned out to be very tender and light. But next time I'll try it with bananas.
