super recipe!!!!! I couldn’t pull the children away from the fish by the ears, I was worried that it would “dry out” too much, but no, it’s just, well, I can’t even describe how delicious it turned out, I’m not talking about potatoes at all, it wasn’t enough. What else I wanted to add, you definitely need to put it on napkins or a paper towel, otherwise it will be a little greasy
