Ingredients for fried lavash with cheese
STEP 2

Cut the lavash leaf into squares.
STEP 3

Cut the cheese into slices. Prepare a batter from mayonnaise, eggs, starch and salt.
STEP 4

Place cheese on each square of pita bread and fold the square into an envelope.
STEP 5

Prepare all the “envelopes”.
STEP 6

In a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil, fry pita bread with cheese, dipped in batter, on both sides.
STEP 7

1 minute is enough for each side.
STEP 8

Place on a paper towel to remove excess fat, then serve pita bread with cheese for tea or as a hot snack with alcoholic drinks.
