Fried lamb with processed cheese
Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
We knead a simple dough. We grate the processed cheese on a medium grater; you can first put them in the freezer for about fifteen minutes to make the grating more fun. Add eggs, lightly beaten with a fork, mayonnaise, sugar, soda to the cheese. Stir everything well and gradually add sifted flour , knead the dough. The dough turns out elastic and pliable.
STEP 2
Roll out the dough into a layer about half a centimeter thick. Cut out the lamb shapes using two glasses of different diameters. After cutting, roll the remaining dough into a bun again, roll it out and cut out the rings again. Waste-free production! But you can also fry the snouts that are formed during cutting, it will turn out tender ,soft cookies.
STEP 3
We fry our lambs in well-heated vegetable oil on both sides. Place them on a paper napkin to degrease the already high-calorie lambs as much as possible.
STEP 4
To our delight, there are a lot of ready-made, appetizing lambs. In appearance, it seems that something else has been added besides the declared products. In fact, these inclusions are fried small pieces of cheese.
