My son is a big fan of dumplings, so I prepared a portion of this yummy for him) Since there were few dumplings, I didn’t dirty a large frying pan, but fried them in a non-stick pan. There was a lot of sauce, my dumplings drowned in it, so after about five minutes I poured off the excess and left the dumplings to cook until done. The dumplings were well soaked in sour cream sauce and became soft and tender. It is very tasty, especially if the dumplings are pre-fried. Sprinkle the finished dish with grated cheese and put it in the microwave for half a minute. And then I added more green onions. From the spices I took paprika, and a mixture of dried tomatoes, garlic and basil. It turned out fragrant) The dumplings according to this recipe turned out excellent.
