Fried donuts with milk and butter
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
I found a very simple recipe!
STEP 2
Just stir until the mixture is homogeneous, that's all.
STEP 3
knead the resulting dough for about 10 minutes and leave it in the container under the film for about an hour
STEP 4
Roll out into a sheet 1 centimeter thick and cut out donuts
STEP 5
I just took a glass and a glass)
STEP 6
The oil should not boil! no more than 165 degrees Pour in oil to cover about half of the donuts and heat over low heat
STEP 7
The finished donuts have a golden color and a white stripe in the middle; if there is none, then reduce the gas (the temperature is too high). When the donuts have cooled, you can cover them with glaze
STEP 8
For the glaze, I mixed powdered sugar with milk, per 100 g no more than 20 ml of milk, or even less. If the glaze turns out to be liquid, then the donuts will simply be saturated with sugar, and the color will not turn out (SPOILER: This is what happened to me, I had to spread the glaze several times, and because of the dyes it turned black)
STEP 9
I mixed some of the glaze with food coloring, added the glaze in a saucer and added the coloring mixture in a thin stream
STEP 10
Donut, you are just space)) Unfortunately, the glaze was absorbed and the color changed
STEP 11
With the last donut, I correctly calculated the proportions of the glaze and mixed it with pink dye, sprinkled with confectionery sprinkles on top. The donuts turned out denser than store-bought ones, but much more tender. Bon appetit!) See the full recipe on my Youtube channel
