Fried champignons with maggi seasoning

STEP 1

We look through and clean the mushrooms.

We wash the champignons under running water.

In order to cut the mushrooms beautifully, remove the stems.

Slice the champignons.

Transfer the mushrooms to a convenient container.

Add lemon juice, seasoning, salt, black pepper to taste to the mushrooms and mix well.

Turn on the stove and heat the frying pan, chop the onion and garlic.

Place our mushrooms in the pan and fry constantly stirring for 5 minutes.

Add onions and garlic to the mushrooms, 2-3 tbsp. spoons of olive oil, mix well.

Finely chop the dill.

Turn off the stove, cover our dish with a lid and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes. Add 1 tsp to the dish for piquancy. 9% table vinegar, finely chopped dill and mix well.
STEP 12
