Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Cut the crusts off the bread slices and roll out thinly with a rolling pin.
STEP 2

Place a slice of ham and grated cheese on the bread.
STEP 3

Roll the bread and filling into rolls.
STEP 4

Wrap the rolls in cling film and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
STEP 5

Cut the rolls in film into two parts. Remove cling film.
STEP 6

Dip the rolls in the beaten egg.
STEP 7

Then roll in breadcrumbs.
STEP 8

Place the rolls in a heated frying pan with oil.
STEP 9

Fry the rolls on all sides until golden brown.
STEP 10
