Core the apples and cut them into slices. If you use homemade apples, you don’t have to peel them. After all, the lion's share of vitamins and minerals is contained in the peel of apples. In the store, apples are treated with paraffin, which is not excreted from the human body. It is better to peel such apples.

Dredge each apple slice well in the flour mixture.
STEP 5

Melt the butter in a frying pan over low heat.
