Forshmak with a piece of spiced bread is a dizzying combination! In my childhood, not a single holiday table was complete without this dish from Jewish cuisine. But now for some reason it has been forgotten and I have never seen it on the menu in restaurants. But in vain! Forshmak can be classified as both vegetarian food and gourmet food. We once made herring oil in a very similar way. I just didn’t think of adding nuts. it turned out delicious. with black bread - just right! everyone remembered the taste of a forgotten delicious dish!
