Flourless apple pudding muffins
Delicate apple pudding muffins are suitable even for little kids! These flourless apple muffins are moist and rich. Even small children can eat them. The baked goods are not heavy, but satisfying thanks to semolina and eggs. Apple pudding is good both warm and cooled.

Peel the apples and grate them on a coarse grater.
STEP 3

Add semolina, sour cream and sugar. Mix.
STEP 4

Lightly beat the eggs with a mixer and add to the apple mixture. Mix everything thoroughly.
STEP 5

To make it easier to remove the finished pudding cupcakes from the molds, I placed an oiled parchment circle on the bottom of each one and also greased the sides with vegetable oil.
STEP 6

Fill the prepared molds with the apple mixture and place in a preheated container at 180 degrees. oven for 15-20 minutes until lightly browned. We check readiness with a splinter.
STEP 7

Cool the finished puddings a little, then carefully remove them. Can be eaten as a separate dish or with your favorite drinks. Bon appetit!
