  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to stuff eggs with canned tuna and cucumber? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Open the can of canned tuna and drain the liquid. Boil the eggs in boiling water for 7-8 minutes in advance. Then drain the hot water and cool the eggs in cold water. You can take any greens to your taste.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Peel the boiled eggs and cut each one in half. Set the yolks aside.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Add tuna to the yolks and mash them together with a fork.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Grate the cheese here. Finely chop the fresh cucumber and add to the bowl. Add chopped herbs and season with mayonnaise. Mix everything until smooth. If desired, mayonnaise can be replaced with sour cream. Add salt and spices to taste. When adding salt, keep in mind that mayonnaise and fish already contain salt. For spices I use a mixture of ground peppers. But you can add something to your taste, for example, aromatic herbs.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Fill the egg halves with the resulting mixture.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Decorate the finished stuffed eggs with tuna and cucumber to your taste and serve. Enjoy your meal!

I needed to prepare a quick snack and on the website I came across a recipe for such a snack: eggs stuffed with canned tuna. It’s quick and easy to prepare, and the result was very impressive. I boiled the eggs, cooled them, cut them in half and took out the yolks. I mashed the canned food with a fork, added the yolks, grated cheese, and finely chopped cucumber. Added finely chopped dill, a little salt, pepper, mayonnaise and mixed everything. I filled the egg halves with the mixture. It turned out to be an excellent appetizer: tender, appetizing and very tasty! Thanks to the author Yulia M for such a wonderful recipe and I recommend you try it 😊
